Kap has produced more than Gabbert did. Not saying his production is all that much, but relative to each other Kap has done a better job. That team just isn't very good.

Chip ,while a bad coach, hinherited a pretty bad dumpster fire to begin with. That team is full rebuild considering the players they lost to injury and retirement. Lets not forget they don't have one real QB on the roster

Once he's done totally destroying the 49er franchise, that is.

My God, with Gabbert at least they were competitive. The last few weeks the Niners have been a joke. Average margin of defeat is 20+ points.
They haven't been beaten by 20 since Kap's first game, 5 games ago. They lost to the Cardinals by 3 a couple weeks ago. They kept within 13 of the Patriots.

They lost Gabbert's last 4 starts by 57 total points. They've lost Kap's last 4 starts by 51.

Going literally they've only lost by 20 or more just once this season to the Bills. They've lost 5 games by 15 or more, which is pretty much the definition of a blowout in my book.

Going backwards:

Pats 30 Niners 17 [-13]
Cards 23, Niners 20 [-3]
Saints 41, Niners 23 [-18]
Tampa Bay 34 Niners 17 [-17]
Bills 45, Niners 16 [-29]
Cards 33, Niners 21 [-12]
Dallas 24, Niners 17 [-7]
Seahawks 37, Niners 18 [-19]
Panthers 46, Niners 27 [-19]
Niners 28, Rams 00 [+28]

That's 5 blowout losses and I think in several of them the Niners got a score late after the issue was decided, so some of those losses weren't really that close.

NFL players clearly don't like him and quit on him. He also may be the worst pro talent scout ever.
Both of his pro teams appear to just give up during year two of his regime.
He has set back two franchises back by a good five years now, two that I don't mind seeing in the toilet.
I can't imagine the iggles this year if he hadn't run off McCoy and marlin not to mention some of the others. He'd probably still be rocking Bradford at QB and keeping Murray on the bench.
The philthy fans should be ecstatic that he was ran off when he was or else they'd be looking for a QB for the next five years.
Funny thing is, all the commentators incessantly used the term "genius" to describe him in philly.
Guess everyone else is an idiot and we just can't appreciate his genius. Sounds like a politician 8 years ago.

He's not a good coach for the NFL but there's not much anyone can do with that roster. Most of the key players from their NFC championship team are long gone

I wish he could have destroyed the Giants and Commanders as well. That would be beautiful.

He's not going to get those kinds of chances in the NFL though. I agree with Sarge this will be his last NFL stop.

Gruden stays. Tries a few more years with Cousins.

With the Cowboys on the rise... ain't happening for them... with Cousins.

To be fair to Chip, hard to destroy a team that already sucks.

That was one hell of a plunge that team took between Harbaugh leaving and the handful of guys just retiring out of the blue.
