If nobody wants this imaginary vet WR, then why would Dallas want him?
nobody on this board. the tall white guy who is very fast and likes the nose candy.

I think Roscoe Parrish would answer the question marks at PR and WR.
Ill take it and smile.

Victor Butler is going to make #57 look better than Burnett ever did. The way he flew around on our first kickoff for the tackle was great.

Agreed

I was issed that we did not go after in the draft Brace

so next year they better draft a NT Boo Robinson, Wake Forest Height: 6-2. Weight: 326

I mean Rat needs a break now an then

actually, what we need is young guys to step up instead of going out and trying to fill every tiny hole with an established player

Which is why we drafted the players that we did - football players, not super-talent at one position to overshadow the entire team.

Players that will stay Cowboys for a while, not look for the next big contract with whatever bottom feeding team has cap space.

Let's not call this a great draft yet. Could be. But it also has a 1995 smell as well.

nice punt return guy...absolutely zilch as a WR

he's not a better WR than any of our top 4 guys are. They'd have a hard time justifying another game day roster spot to a guy who does only ST

I hope the Cowboys are scouting the waiver wire like no other for offensive linemen. We could get lucky and get someone decent if a team is trying to sneak a guy on their practice squad.

Cory Procter and Pat McQuistan are horrible IMO. Doug Free needs a real shot to show if he can play. I hope and think he can be a decent reserve. Robert Brewster may have potential too but we are a year away from finding out. I like Greg Isdaner (he never should have come out early) but I haven't heard any reports on how he's performed in camp or the game.

Otherwise, we will need 2 or 3 linemen in next year's draft. We may also need to spend some free agency $$$ if the team parts ways with Flozell. If we can re-sign Holland for cheap he makes a great reserve/emergency starter. He reminds of Derek Kennard.

Nose tackle is a must too. I like Boo Robinson out of Wake Forest. I also wouldn't mind taking a chance on potential free agent Gabe Watson. The Cardinals haven't given him much of a chance but he could be an ideal run-stuffing slash reserve nose tackle for us.

I agree with your list, except for WR. The 5th WR should come out of the young guys we have in camp. I thought Oggletree looked quick on Kick Returns and he seems to be the next fastest on the field behind Austin.

The first 4 are set, so not sure a veteran does much but take playing time away from Hurd and Austin, who we need to find out about. If one of top 4 gets hurt then, yep, we need to pay a veteran.

Agreed. And teams don't sign a guy like Matt Jones to be their No. 5 wide receiver, a guy that for all intents and purposes needs to be a special teams demon or a return guy or will be inactive every Sunday.
