We should sign a 3rd QB

we need a 3rd QB whether on practice squad or roster, a couple of decent ones were released this past weekend, Levis, Hooker, Buecele, Johnson, Dekkers, Clark, oh and Milton. I believe all of them are eligible for the practice squad.

They of course are going to sign a QB3.

Since they're outside the week before the first game, they're giving Milton time to decide, but I am quite sure they've been discussing and talking about other QB3 options.

My guess is they gave Milton a Friday deadline and plan to have a QB3 on the roster by Saturday with or without him.

Dak Prescott was a 4th round pick and proved he belonged as a rookie in camp and preseason.

Milton is in his third year and is on the brink of looking for his third team. He's been available for the past 30-plus hours. This is a league full of teams starving for solid QB play. And there has not been one single iota of reported interest in Milton.

Schottenheimer confirmed yesterday that a QB will be on the practice squad. They seem to be giving Milton time to field offers from other teams but have told him they want him back.

Option 1 should be Milton since he's been in this system. If he ends up elsewhere I think it's Will Levis.

Levis struggled in 2024 and missed 2025 with injury. Signing here and perhaps playing next preseason to get on everyone's film could benefit him.
