We should tally missed sacks

I remember 4-5 on McNabb
At least 3 on Rodgers where we had him and took a bad angle or missed.

I remember Ware, and Newman at least today.

We should have 10-15 more sacks this year then we do. We get pressure, but don't make the play.

The defensive scheme obviously needs to change. can't get turnovers with db's 8-10 yards off the ball.

Today we played sloppy, congrats Skins fans, they outplayed us.

I mean the refs didn't exactly help us today, but we just couldn't find an answer on d.

No kidding....that has been pretty bad this year. I was mentioning that to my son during the game.....it's like we have oil on our hands.

This defense has created one -- count 'em, ONE -- turnover in four games. The McNabb dropped handoff wasn't a forced turnover, but an unforced one, almost like in tennis, in my book.

One turnover, tons of missed sacks, 12 men on the field .... the sky is not falling, but this unit is uninspiring. And games like today, Philly last year, New York in the playoffs, shows you that you can't always win with offense.

Ware has no excuse for not finishing. For christ sake, he is 6'4" 250+.

Newman? Well, he blew chunks today. No big surprise he McNabb-ed himself on a sack attempt.

Hello! I mentioned this in another thread. It's as if our guys just can't wrap up on a QB. It's possible. I've seen guys on other teams do it.

Seems like we have a lot fo those "one step away" sacks.

Maybe we can find that lost step before the playoffs.
