Lost in all the playoff hype, the Dallas Cowboys still have to beat NYG on the road. Who by the way, have the same chance of the post season as we do. Not going to be a cake walk. The clapper will be pulling out all the stops, you can bet the farm.

yes and? i think its nice to have game 16 in week 17 matter..as bad as this season has been , we have chance..thats all you can ask for...

NFC E battles are always unpredictable.

dont think KM wont be trying to show up his old mentor..

As bad as this season has been, we as fans still at least have a significant game this week.
Imagine that,, Jerry wins... :flagwave:

Definitely not an easy game. Having Zack back is a big addition up front. Not sure if LVE, A Woods, and X Woods are available or not— but they would also bring some stability to the D.

IMO— in big games and big moments, so much comes down to the QB. Dalton has been playing well and you can tell he is feeling comfortable in the offense.

That said, he has shown a history of losing big games and big moments in his time in Cinci. This is a big opportunity for him, and heading up against whoever the Giants trot out there is an advantage to Dallas.

The D must stop the run. Period. Make NY throw the ball so our pass rush can tee off. If Dalton struggles and we can’t stop the run— we will lose. If Dalton continues balling and the D can make enough stops and big plays, I think we walk out of there with a 2 score W.

If the Giants win the division it will be the first 6-10 team to do so. I'm just pissed they flexed the Philly game to Sunday night for several reasons. First, it's a crap matchup between two not very good teams. Secondly, I don't want the Eagles to know ahead of time who will win the division if they beat Washington.

If they both played at the same time the Eagles could go into the game not knowing who will win the division and have the mindset that it won't be Washington.

I wish the young kid Hurts luck. He's going to have his hands full against that front.

There is no guarantees, especially when 1 team is 6-9 and the other is 5-10. Would it surprise me if the Giants beats us? Absolutely not.

Just win baby!

The kids getting some experience in a pressure situation will make them better players.

Agreed. The game vs NYG is the de facto playoff game for both teams, whether Washington wins or not 7 hours later. Really interested to see how players and coaches respond ...

Who would you want at QB...Dalton or Jones?
We know Garrett's record for win and in games. :muttley:. (Though still need a WFT loss), but you know what I mean.

Jones was sacked 3 straight times last week when they needed to make a play. Pundits are questioning if he has regressed.

Playoff hype???? What a joke! We’re not going anywhere if we do get in. Typical JJ year at its finest.

Garrett showed his true mettle in these situations in the big d. I expect him to have his offense ready and firing on all cylinders Sunday afternoon. This is the moment he shines after all those stacked good days it’s only a formality that the giants roll through us like hot butter on freshly toasted NY bagel.

In case you missed the last three games we will make another statement this week and bludgeon the Giants.

The fact that this team has a legit chance to host a playoff game is indeed hype. No one said anything about what they would do. I simply stated a fact about beating NYG.

I hope they start Jones, he has very little mobility which was a strength for him before his injury. No way do I want to see McCoy in there-Cowboy killer. I love our chances and the Eagles chances. Bring it!

Bookies have posted that the game time odds are likely to favor of the Cowboys by 3.
Recently, they have been at 2.5. Let's just hope they know of what they speak!

Andy Dalton has been operating at his peak, right now. Hopefully, his mojo continues.
