We still need three starters?

LBer......( LVE and Jaylon)
FS.........( current=????)
CB.........( Diggs, Brown, and Lewis )

Backup QB......??????

IF we stay home at 10, no trade, I'm guessing we're picking LBer or CB unless one of the top 5 players falls.
There still lots of corners on the market. Let’s take a swing at someone like Jackson or Fuller so we can take an impact front seven player or trade back. I hope we can get Parsons, Collins or JOK with our 1st pick.

We still need a starting DT although I assume Jerry thinks the 1T is now solved between Woods, Urban and Watkins. Band aid approach again it appears.

Dallas actually needs more than four starters. There are several positions that have backups starting, especially on defense. The draft will have minimal impact because it is rare for a rookie to step in and have an impact. There are too many holes and not enough fingers to plug them.

No. RT in the 1st. Collins is on his way out. Unless he turns it around.

doubtful.

I think people are going to be very disappointed at what jerry does at LB. I think we roll with Jaylon/lve, probably sign a depth player.

yes.

forget what Nolan did to us. We move on.

#LegionOfBoom Dallas style.

the goal this season is Average. We want an average defense, not a terrible Nolan defense.

I will take average.

I think corner to set up for adding 1 high level pick. Safety might be addressed with some of those Falcons players. Worry most about linebacker. Need two more starting caliber players due to Lve's health and moving back to the 4-3.

looks like we are going with brown and Diggs as the starters.

Sorta what I'm thinking.....they'll def look to fill one via the draft ( most likely CB ) and probably free agency for starting FS.

You look at the numbers at corner: Diggs, Brown, Lewis, Robinson, Canady*, Goodwin* (special teamers). There is a need for 1 future, outside corner to eventually replace Anthony Brown. If the team decides to add another veteran, it would really lesson the need to draft one this year, but I don't see that happening. Think they are done addressing the position.

I know it's still early but considering how bad this D was last year, I don't get there's a sense of urgency of UPGRADING players from last year. Hell, right now looks as if we just trying to replace a few starting positions, which leads to my next question. Wonder how much FO blames Nolan vs talent for last year's failure. Again, know it's early, but it appears they are saying Nolan and scheme was a huge problem.

Are you saying you think Brown is the new starter and they'll likely pass on Surtain or Farley at 10?
