Outside of Kicking game.....we were outplayed, outmatched, out schemed in every phase of the game for ALL to see. The students at the School for the Blind knew that.

A lot of the problems start with our offensive play calling.

Too basic.

We were outcoached by a mile, maybe 10 miles. The 49ers had a game plan for how to attack Dallas's offense and how to attack the defense. Do you think running at Micah all night was an accident. Quinn did nothing to protect Micah. He kept sending him to the left side of SF's offense where he would face off against their best OT. Micah got beat up and demoralized. SF was hitting him with everything.

I think it is safe to say now that the Cowboys defense is overrated. Gilmore is not what he used to be and he gets beat by faster receivers. Out LBs are not great. Our Edge guys, other than Lawrence cannot play the run, cannot contain the outside and cannot get off blocks. The SF OL was physical and played hard. The Cowboys OL took the night off.

This was Alabama vs The Sassoon School of Beauty. Just a better team from ownership/management to the field crew. Barely the same sport.

More like Alabama vs Kentucky.
Kentucky (Dallas in this comparison) is a good team that can win a lot of games. But the difference between the Wildcats and the Crimson Tide is pretty stark.

the play calling is due to what our starter can handle or what the coach and offensive coordinator think the "guy" can handle. it is what it is.

Dallas is a second tier team…SF proved that last night with their thorough beat down of the Cowboys. Dallas hadn’t played any capable offense or faced a competent QB until last night and were exposed. MM was thoroughly out-coached; Dak made poor throws and played tentatively…again. I thought the Dallas run defense got exposed…again; SF was gashing them every which way; Parsons was a non-factor.
Where does the team go from here? The offense is stagnant; the defense still can’t stop the run or cover; SF receivers were open all night. Dak is making $40M and cannot play when the pressure is on…he is not the QB for this team

Antiquated offense that doesn’t pressure the D Is a bigger problem than the talent iMO.

SF is the best team in the NFL. Philly is the best team in the NFCE. The gap between Dallas and Philly is much smaller than the gap between us and SF.

If there is one thing Dak should get credit for is his consistent dominance of the NFCE.

We will split with Philly at a minimum. We may outright sweep them as IMO, they are not as good as they were last year and I can see MM and Dak rallying to make the race in the East close

Dak played bad, missed some throws and threw 3 picks. But our Defense looked bad also. They gave us that early fumble. Usually that’s all we need to get going. But wow. Just terrible game all the way around.
