I'll add a couple of other areas we were outcoached:
Baltimore went No Huddle to disrupt our defensive pressure early.
Baltimore called a time out on our kickoff to get an idea if we were looking at an onsider or deep kick - no biggie, but shows sharp, attentive coaching
Baltimore had Ed Reed way back deep, just waiting for the long pass (which looked more like Hail Mary's) - this was after Ray Lewis basically promised they'd be looking for this.
The Flacco run and the fake field goal were huge.
I really wonder whether Romo chose to make that long throw himself at end of 1st half OR if that was a play call. Was not necessary and I think you could see our D deflate after the two unnecessary longbomb turnover ints.
The D got demoralized and tired at end of game (yes they remain fragile and unable to FINISH, but O has put them in this spot time and time again this year - Giants loss, Pitts, and now Ravens in particular).
Play calling with Barber on short yardage, where we had 2nd and 2 or 3 and got stuffed twice. Even though Romo is banged up, he used to scramble for 3 yards easy, now he hardly ever gets past line.
We don't seem to have come back routes, what happened to the tight end screens we used last week, where was Bennett, where are shorter jump balls or slants where TO and RW can use their size advantage?
Red has disappointed me. I think the commentators are starting to be right. Predictable and league has caught on. Still, is it Romo on those sandlot type throws or play calls. Nothing seems to be middle of road, either it's short stuff or deep deep stuff mostly.
