I haven't complained all year about the refs but yesterday was awful.

During the first drive on the 3rd and long Manning fumbled! and it would have been returned for a TD giving us the early momentum. The replayed showed his arm never went forward even after the ball came out.

The int then the late pass interference was called was just awful. There was no inference! unless it was offensive interference. Glenn even held his arms back to show he wasn't doing anything. The WR ran into him hoping the refs would call interference.

The Key play where the defender hit him early. That was a easy call to make.

I don't like to make excuses but today I am.

Well, I think we robbed ourselves...

That play by Manning was, in fact, a fumble.

And the PI call on a ball that was throw 5 yards out of bounds by Manning was a joke.

BUT, we still stunk.

I hate to break this to you, but there were blown calls on both sides of the field. Remember that block in the back Keyshawn got away with on JJ's long screen play? I remember some others as well...

You did well to forget the refs as scapegoats in the past. I'd go back to that.

The fact is, we did very little to win this game from the offensive aspect of the game. We were given so many opportunities by our defense and still could not take advantage of them.

The offense robbed us of a win, not the officials

We did have some bad calls on it for sure......but, our offensive line is well "offensive" and the main reason for our struggles--period.

yea the refs didnt call a good game but that doesnt take away from the fact that our Offense played like little girls.

Bottom line we deserved to lose this one. Could of been worse if it wasnt for our good Defense.

They went both ways....... Don't make this like the board over at extreme skins...... after EVERY loss they complain about the refs....

I didn't see where you mentioned Keyshawns obvious block in the back on JJ's long run.... Key was looking around to see if the ref's saw him. :D

Spot on, I saw the same thing. I just won't use it as an excuse.

Drew missed a wide open Terry Glen on that deep pass...Drew fumbled and gave up a TD. Did we have some bad calls, sure. But if Drew continues his play like this for the rest of the year we are going no where.

I would have yanked Bledsoe. Send him a message. He has no mobility and panics way too much.

Yeah, the referreeing was awful. It's been awful all year.

The call on the Keith Davis interception was incorrect by my account, but I've seen refs call PI on that plenty of times before.

What gets me were the missed and blatant holding calls and the fact that either Manning fumbled that ball or it should have been intentional grounding.

No yanking Bledsoe would mean death for the rest of the Season.

trust me the last thing he needs on his mind is a flash back of New England and Buffalo. Lets see what he can do with these last 4 games then we'll see where we stand.

You know, I dont know if I would go this far, but when the Giants beat Denver, Mark Sherleth (Stink) was on the radio here in Denver and actually made a statment that the NFL wants the Giants in the Superbowl.

He said that during the last couple of comeback drives against the Broncos there was so many BLANTANT holding calls, and actually many times tackles on the Giants O-Line that drew no flags, he had no other explanation.

He said there was no way they could have missed that many obvious calls, he said they chose to ignore them.

Just thought you might want to know what he said.

The refs didn't blow it, the boyz offense did. I'll be making good on bets until I'm 100 on this game. I thought for sure Manning would blow the game and we would play well. I was wrong.... WAY WRONG.. There were good and bad calls on both sides. A few bad calls didn't take the game from us.. The first 7 points we handed over to the Giants, the blown 3rd downs, JJ not knowing where the sidelines were, Key not catching a key pass, the lousy playcalling, Bledsoe not performing well, etc is what cost us the game. The refs were inconsequential IMO

Finally a post naming the real critters for the loss! I agree you can't fault our OL, a nimble Bledsoe, our fantastic running game and anything else that is offensive.....which by the way includes the entire offensive coaching staff!

Yeah but did we score on that drive? They scored on theirs and another turnover in our favor could of helped.

Oh PLEASE! Let's NOT fall on this ****e again!

Yah-the zebras are responsible for Drew Bledsoe being Drew Scarecrow again. Yah-the zebras are responsible for the mess Jerry has made in the post-JJ era. Yah-the zebras have been responsible for our piss-poor OL play.

Sorry-but even if we HAD won-this game would be moot if Scarecrow and this OL continues to play the way it is.

Well, I'm not one to blame to game on the refs, ESPECIALLY because of the way we played yesterday, BUT you do have a very valid argument with the Eli fumble, which would have easily been returned for a TD. I was very surprised Troy (because Joe Buck would have never said anything that would be positive about Dallas) didn't bring it up, or have more replays shown.

That really would have been huge at that point.
