We will beat Philly next week

Pump the brakes man, they beat the Raiders, possibly one of the top two worst teams in football.
Well they look much better, esp the defense.
hopefully they can give phil a hard time , and I would like to see them beat phil.
Game is at att , so it is possible.
I am still hoping for a playoff spot, and this last win keeps that alive, and a win against phil will help even more.

I am taking it 1 game at a time. and just hoping they can win some more games.

LOL.

Beat up on the Raiders.

Now we are going to beat the defending champs. Who just beat Detroit and held one of the best offenses in football to 7 points.

Makes TOTAL sense.
Philly should have lost to Detroit.

Lane Johnson has been dinged up a little too so that should help.

The DE’s will have to contain Hurts since Q will be collapsing the pocket. Make Hurts one-dimensional and he struggles.

After we beat the Jets, fans overreacted.

After we beat the Commanders, fans overreacted.

After we beat the Raiders, fans overreacted.

Those are easily four of the worst teams in football. They may be the bottom four. After each of those wins, Dallas lost their next game. Fans need to learn to shut up until they see MEANINGFUL results.

I love that we are at home and have some momentum. Every week is a playoff game for us. Should keep the team hungry and focused

I like what our D brings vs their offense— especially with Lane Johnson out and their C out or at least dinged up

Their D vs our O gives me pause. Fangio has had Dak’s number in the past, and their D simply doesn’t have a weak spot.

If the OL gives Dak time— we win. If he is running for his life, we lose.
I forgot about their C and Lane Johnson being hurt. Now that we have a D line again that should be interesting. Don’t be too fearful of their offense. They have players but they haven’t been lighting it up recently. They’ve been living off their defense. Their defense does scare me tho. It should be a competitive game which is good because a month ago I would have predicted a blowout loss.

It's definitely possible. Their offense is struggling, Lane Johnson is out. Plus they are coming off two HUGE games against the Lions and Packers and whether we like it or not we are a trap game for them as we don't pose a real threat in terms of the post season. A win wouldn't shock me in the least

This team is about to go on a run the league has never seen before.

Get ready to watch history.
I don't know about will. No guarantees i'm not sure how we're going to look I mean Philadelphia is definitely more vulnerable than they have been in the past but their defense can really be hard to move the ball on...

.
Typically,

when both teams are healthy, they typically split, and they only lost by four points on the road in game one, with a lot of mistakes made in the 2nd half, but this defense as it were in the past was really bad except in the 2nd half of this game, they only gave up three points and they had A.J. Brown and smith on lock held Saquon Barkley down..

Both teams have changed a little bit since,

then but at home, yes the Cowboys do usually play Philadelphia pretty well, and I imagine they are out for blood because one they need this win, two they can ruin Philly, and three they had that game, they shot themselves in the foot,

I think the Cowboys play better in that game and should have won, just like we should have won the Packers game, I mean this whole season could be changed on those two games, but it is what it is.... Add in they should have probably beat the Panthers they had the lead with eight minutes left so there's a lot of woulda coulda shouldas in here, but if you're going to only win one more game in this tough stretch it must be the Philly game for me as a Cowboys fan you gotta beat Philly at home We haven't had two wins in a row all year I would love to see them beat Philadelphia first and foremost versus trying to beat the Chiefs which is going to be tough B2B 4 day turnaround....

But what Matt EberPOO needs to do is not fall back into bad habits and think oh now I got some players I'm going to just play the same defense I've been playing all year that's lost us games, instead of the pressure defense, he plays when we've been in these games he must keep bringing 5 or more in the box and bring the pressure that's what we need you can affect Philadelphia and the Chiefs and teams like that if you have that kind of line...

But this Raider game definitely helps the Cowboys use that as a live practice they get to watch film and see how some of these groupings and the roll the players you know coming in and out of the games how it worked and they could tweak it a little bit and now you got guys like overshown and Revel get their legs a little bit under them, so it was a good live practice for 60 minutes Now you can tweak it a little and hopefully you can stand up a little tougher against these better teams coming down the stretch..

That's true ,We're probably not going to win these games against some of these tougher teams, but the Philadelphia game we only lost by 4, we made a ton of mistakes in the second half ,That was our game, we shot ourselves in the foot, we held that team down at their house, and the history shows that with two healthy teams, we usually split... you don't usually get swept the Eagles versus Cowboys they always split given the fact that both teams had their most of their starters in the first game..

we lost, the 2nd games at home, we're going to have a pretty healthy roster, I say the odds of winning that game is bigger than say beating the Chiefs or the Lions,

rivalry game and history say we usually split and why not?

Isn't it odd though people forget these divisional games go differently,

What did you not see the Raiders versus the Denver Broncos to the Denver Broncos beat us they barely got out of there with a win a 10 seven game and we just destroyed that same Raiders game...

so we going to do this or you say it's just the Raiders, it's just the Jets ,you keep saying that they're weak team but we've watched these teams beat other teams that have beat us so they head to head stuff comes into play and you have to wonder if the Raiders were that bad how come they nearly beat the Broncos..

Easy answer,

it's a divisional game, and that's why this Eagles game people are thinking we're going to win it is not being overreactive,

it's just been historical this is what usually goes down.. I mean did you did you remember what Prescott did in game one he was laser sharp George Pickens didn't know the offense yet we didn't know what we had with Williams and CD lamb dropping those passes late and you had the running back fumble in the second half I mean that game was ours so why can't we win this game?

I'm not overreacting to the win, but it was a dominant win they actually held up they probably could have easily scored 50 It was the respect that Brian Schottenheimer had for Pete Carroll and he didn't want to embarrass him they literally could have scored easily on the last two drives and didn't...

but given some of the healthy players we now have on deep and some of the new

They got players got their feet wet last night it was a nice live practice, I think it should help with the Eagles that doesn't guarantee we're going to win, but if you take that all that in everything, I just said,

There's a good chance we win that game..

Will we win against the Chiefs probably not but the Eagles divisional game we owe them one we usually split we've got some better players on defense right now everyone's healthy I say our chances are pretty damn good we can win this game....

Not that there's anything wrong with that..

Let me give some stats maybe somebody didn't know you know Dak Prescott is 21-2 for home games in the division so the NFC East since he's been in the league,

he's only lost two games at home.. That's a crazy stat...

That's how long ago it was That'll be 18 games in a row since he's lost one at home to a division rival..

Given what the first game looked like given we have two healthy teams coming in I mean can't we use those odds and say that they have at least a shot to upset the Eagles oh and add in that Lane Johnson's not going to be there, that's big...

Because we associate people with that which we’re familiar. For whatever reason, you’re intimately familiar with Walmart.
