We will see GB again

Funny that you think we're going to the playoffs anytime soon with our current team. Denial is the first stage of grief...
I 100 percent believe this team makes the playoffs. The fact you dont after 2 games one of which we were missing our starting left tackle, that's just over reaction. When we beat the Eagles you will be here talking about playoffs and I will remind you about the stages of grief.

We've said the exact same thing every time we've played the Packers and we only beat them that one time in 2016. This team has nothing to make me hold out hope again.

Many of us here root for them, we're just trying to stay grounded in reality. This team is no different than the Dallas teams that came before it. If anything, it's a little bit worse. What does this team show that makes you think we could go to the playoffs and beat Rodgers?

If I had any time or cared enough I'd go back to November of last year and read your post when we were 3-5. Season is young and I'm smart enough to realize that.

I wish I shared your optimism.

The way I'm seeing it:

Record vs the league's worst teams? 3-0

Record vs the league's better teams? 0-2

Rodgers will just do what he has done to jones cowboys send them home just know this bunch of players and coaches are not going to beat him the cowboys more than likely wont even make the playoffs and if they do they will be on the road every game so they wont last long
I’m sorry you’re upset. :(

Try to hold your head up, Tiger. Pessimists love nothing more than being wrong. So you’ve got that going for you!!!

Beat the Jets 4-2 then beat the Eagles 5-2 and these same people who are laughing at us making the playoffs will be leading the charge. Don't worry though if we are 11-2 and lose to go to 11-3 they will be back to let everyone know that we suck.

Im not upset about the loss. I'm upset at our execution during these losses. If Dallas actually looked somewhat competent when they played GB, I wouldn't be upset. But they weren't competent. They looked like the Dolphins playing against GB. I wasn't as upset at the NO game because the defense looked competent and the offense was going pretty good if it wasn't for the drive killing fumbles, they looked great for a team that's going into the toughest place to play. But this offense and definitely this defense looked terrible in GB and I know for a FACT that this team will NOT hold up against the good teams coming up through the season, and they definitely won't make it through the playoffs. This isn't an overreaction. This is the reality of the situation. I don't understand why everyone gets upset when the truth is spoken, but hey, maybe you're going through the 5 stages of grief yourself, if so, I truly hope you get better soon.

Same with me. I wasn't that upset losing in N.O. but the way we lost at home against GB was ridiculous.

Philly
GB
Chicago
Minnesota
Detroit
SF
LA Rams
Seattle
N.O.
Carolina

Those are the teams we have to compete with and we're 0-2 so far.

Exactly what I stated. I'd even throw the Bucs in there because they have looked great so far and would actually be 4-1 if it wasn't for that missed kick down in Tampa against NYG. There are way too many good teams in the NFC, and Dallas isn't on the level of any of them, yet when you speak the truth to certain fans, they get upset knowing darn well that this team will always disappoint (at least with this coaching). This team has NO excuse for the way they've played these past few weeks. None. Not even the "tragic" injuries we've had as of late. I wouldn't even be mad if Dallas actually looked like a good team against GB, but Dallas didn't even contend with GB, so what makes these people think that we will contend with the bigger dogs?

Cowboys are scared of the Packers. If it wasn't for a career performance by Irving in 2016, we'd never beat them

Like the dolphins? We moved the ball at will and couldnt get in the endzone because of boneheaded plays by cooper and a horrible missed call on Gallup. If that call on Gallup doesnt happen we win that game. I firmly believe that. But hey. Maybe i am just optimistic

Beat the Jets 4-2 then beat the Eagles 5-2

You make it sound like this team will make winning those games easy. I guarantee they will struggle against Bell on the Jets. With this team, things are easier said than done.

Truth grenade. I think Detroit and SF being good makes it scary. Plus Seattle has somehow vaulted to the top. Carroll is the real deal. You forgot Philly on that list. Playoffs probably come down to the division winner. Bottom line NFC is deep and a few good teams are not making the playoffs this year.

Philly's up there. I think our best path to the playoffs is winning the division. Those games with Philly are critical.

The Dolphins moved the ball against us and actually almost scored a TD had it not been for that fumble before the half. Our mistakes that you pointed out shouldn't be happening and should not be used as an excuse as to why we lost. They happened because of poor execution and poor performance from our players. We played bad ball on both sides of the ball. End of story.

Who's to say we won't make those same mistakes against the Rams or the Patriots? Are you going to come up with more excuses? "Had it not been for that fumble, missed OPI call, the other fumble, mistake by Elliot, mistake by Dak, and mistake by LVE, we would have won."?

This is how I see the playoffs

East: Eagles
North: Packers
South: Saints
West: Seattle
WC: Rams, Niners

I'm not sure exactly where will be meeting the Packers again but certainly not in the playoffs.
