Beat Eagles (40-34) *no Hurts but they still hung 34 on da Boyz
Lost to Jags (34-40) Obviously, the Jags are awesome!
Best Texans (27-23) THAT was impressive!
Beat the mighty Colts (54-19) Woot! What a test!

Of course, we could count that incredible feat of defeating the Bucs with their 45 year old has-been QB and no running game as a milestone. But was anyone really taking the 8-9 Bucs seriously? They sucked all year and played in the worst division in the NFC. Because of them, the NFL might rewrite the seeding rules to take away the default home-field game for Divisional winners.

Cowboys may win...but...lets just say I admire your confidence.

We WILL WIN Sunday. Know why?

We will start right off the bat rolling Dak out AND throwing down the field. Hilton Lamb Gallup Schultz will be used mightily. They wont mess around with the run UNTIL they get them on their heels WITH THE PASS. We WILL punch them in the mouth quickly and Once we get up on them by 14 to 17 points they will become one dimensional. Then Purdy will realize he is a ROOKIE. He has no idea what is coming and how fast it will come. He will start making mistakes then we will really open it up. Cowboys win 42-17!!

While this fantasy sounds good, that’s all it is. I’m hoping for a win, but all of the following are possibilities:

- One team gets its doors blown off
- The game comes down to a walk off FG
- Any other football scenario imaginable

If we can run the ball somewhat effectively and Dak plays focused and loose, we have a great shot of winning. The defense is going to have to tackle CM and DS at first contact consistently, though I expect both will get off a few decent plays. Lastly, winning the turnover battle usually matters, so I hope our D has opportunities.

We’ve really improved in the penalty department, so hopefully that trend continues. We had one bad penalty last game in the red zone, but we overcame it. Good thing, as that usually means 3 instead of 7 (or probably none last week with Marher kicking).

As is almost always the case, we’re down to the real deal now. Every team is good and can win their game. I’m a Jags fan, too, so I’m hoping for the biggest upset over the weekend. Either way, Go Cowboys!!

I think Dak could play a big role in the Cowboys run game, Cowboys may want to run some RPO with Dak to help free up RB and get the 9ers minds on Dak running it.

The NFL won’t rewrite seeding because the Bucs won their division with a losing record. IMO, the current format will exist for a very long time. Only one bye is so much better than two, and the NFL isn’t going to go NBA on us. Even most basketball fans don’t know what division their favorite team plays in because of the way they seed the playoffs. Divisions in the NFL are big deals and aren’t going to change

That is understatement. Living in the Niner country ahs been unbearable this week between their fans and sports talk radio. I don't even know why we are showing up. Not only do I want the Cowboys to win I want them to destroy the Niners. Leave no doubt.

Dak will outplay Purdy. Cowboys prevail in a relatively tight game. I’m not as convinced as others that Dallas will win the following week if they win this week. That thought process doesn’t make sense to me.
