Win our next 3 games and we are in the exact same position. We will be divison champs and the 3rd seed. For those certain we can not beat the saints- we still control our own destiny. We win two of the next three games we are in.
Take a look at yahoo playoff generator, great for what if scenarios.

Same situation last year and look what happened. I have no faith in our head coach to have our team motivated enough to win!!

Any player not able to get motivated for any of the next three games shouldn't be on the roster.

If they aren't already motivated, I don't know if there is anything that any coach can do to motivate them.

Dont mean to rain on anybody's parade, but if we lose to the Saints then we DO NOT CONTROL OUR DESTINY!!!

We need the Giants to lose 1 of their last 3 and we beat Washington and Philly

Or

We need the Eagles to drop 1 of their next 2 games AND lose to us while we beat both Washington and Philly.

That is not raining on a parade just the facts.

Dallas wins all 3 we are the division winner
Lose a game we need the Giants to drop one of 3 and given the fact they are 7-6 it would not come as a shock to see the Giants lose 1 of 3 games if not more.

Beside getting back to winning I want to see Dallas go out and earn their way in starting this Sat vs New Orleans.

Yep, and look at the Giants schedule. WAS, CAR, MIN.

2 duds and a team that will probably be resting.

Yep, I am not confident at all about the Giants losing to any of those three teams.

Likewise, I am not very confident that the Eagles are going to lose to us and to somebody else. That would mean the Eagles have to drop 2 of their last 3, I dont see a Philly team that usually plays its best ball in December and January losing 2 of their last 3.

So you can guess where I am going with this......we lose to the Saints and we dont make playoffs. Problem is that if Ware is not playing, then we will get zero pressure on Brees and he will rip our secondary to shreds.

No Ware = No pressure = Brees lights up scoreboard = we lose

All of a sudden Washington is a dud? They took us to the brink at home... They took the ALMIGHTY Saints to O.T. and some flukey plays cost them that one... Just becasue they have a bad record, doesn't mean they are a dud. Division game at home, and they've been playing well, they will likely win...

Whatever you wanna tell yourself to keep your hopes up. Washington is 4-9 for a reason. I hope they do beat the Giants but I'm not counting on it.

I think they'll quit Saturday Night and get toasted.

Had they beat the Chargers I would've gave them a shot.

I didn't say I was counting on it. I said they are no pushover... Heck, half of the people in here don't think we can beat them at their place. So, I guess the Giants (losers of 6 out of 8) are just that good?

We see it every year where teams who are out of it for what ever reason start winning games which gives their fans hope for next year.

We will beat the Saints........we may lose the following week to the Skins, suffering from a major letdown....but we will beat the Saints.

The quicker people accept that the Cowboys aren't going anywhere this year, but to the golf course, the better.
