I live in South Texas, only seen snow once in my life, do any of you think the weather could have played a factor in last night's game? Just asking, not trying to make excuses.

It did. Dak looked shook up from the weather.

He will learn and grow from it.

I'm sure. Has Dak EVER played in the cold like that? I was surprised when I saw him sleeveless, he probably underestimated it. It's been really cold in the Northeast these past few days.

well I dont know how many times dak has played in cold weather, he played at a southern college.
It may have been a factor with him, but it wasnt bitter cold.

did he change for 2nd half??

Dak's QBR was 14.8

Eli's QBR was 14.2

Neither played well. So either both defenses played out of their minds or the conditions had something to do with it. I'd say it was a little of both.

Pretty sure it had an effect when Dez slipped and the Giants got the INT, though I'd like to get a good look at that play because I thought the Giants player helped Dez slip, Dez didn't complain though.

30s and dry is easy to play in.

It might have caused some players to slip, but it didn't influence Dak's game. If it did, then we have way bigger concerns about his long-term success. I think he's better than that.

Being that Dak never played a snow game, I can't for the life of me figure out why he went sleeveless. I live in the snow belt of Lake Erie and even I am smart enough to dress for the conditions. I'm now starting to wonder just how smart a QB Dak is.

Let's blame the equipment manager. lol

Sure. To some degree. Both offenses struggled .
But really, the weather was not all that bad. We're not talking 40 mph wind and 5 degree weather like Chicago or Green Bay.

After watching David Carr on Thursday night I went from pretty confident in a victory to we're probably gonna lose this one.

No excuses but I knew if Carr struggled than Dak damn sure could.

Frankly besides a slip here or there from Dak and others...I don't think the weather was much of a factor.

I don't think this is a case of Troy Aikman having trouble with rainy games because of his tight grip causing and a wet football causing him troubles.

BOTH QBs looked crappy for most of the game...I would imagine the Defenses and some dropped balls from both teams played more of a factor than the weather.
