I disagree.

More than anything else, he wants a championship, and allowing the league to suspend arguably his biggest weapon hurts his chances substantially.

To say nothing of taking a stand against excessive suspensions from the league. If you allow the league to set a precedent of suspending players when they've not been proven guilty of anything, where does it end? You've opened Pandora's box.

Jones is already publicly opposed to the marijuana testing and suspensions, I think he'll draw a line in the sand on this one, especially given that he's said numerous times that there's no evidence to support domestic violence.

Given the known ties between Mara and Goodell, and the fact that the person in charge of this fiasco is a known Giants fanatic, and the first game just happens to be against 'their team'? Goodell, Mara, and the entire league could end up with a very messy fight on their hands if they try anything.

I think that Jerry has grown tired of Goodell and Mara.

You had the salary cap garbage with Miles Austin in the uncapped year, among other things. I think this would be the last straw.

Zeke may litigate, which would stay his suspension pending litigation, similar to the Tom Brady suspension.

My family will also be exposed to my bad attitude. On the plus side my wife will get a break from me doing the "feed me" gesture, which she has grown to despise, which makes me enjoy it that much more.
