The first week, and quite a few games, may not matter who wins a few of them. Depends on teams you like or not. But who are you wanting to win / lose?

Obviously we want Dallas to win. Well heck, some of you may not want them to for agendas...

I wanted Kc to beat up on NE, and they did.

Philly - Washington, man this one is a tough one both being rivals. I think I may end up with the Commanders, but over all just let them beat each other up. Game doesn't matter for winning or losing week one.

Jaguars over Texans, Browns over Steelers, Bengals over Ravens.
Colts over Rams, and Seattle over GB, Chargers over Broncos.

not sure about
Titans - Raiders, I think the Titans. Carolina-SF, maybe SF, don't really like Newton but don't like SF either.
Saints-Vikings, probably Vikings, so they can compete with GB for that division

Games I don't really care one way or the other.
Bills-Jets, Cards-Lions, probably Lions, Falcons-Bears, probably the Bears

Root for all AFC teams to beat NFC teams, any NFC team not in the East to beat a team from the East (none of those games week #1); other than that its too early to say what is in our advantage.

Having said that, there will be some who route for Pittsburgh to lose to an NFC team, because they hate them so much.

Yes this is the normal way to go. And is early to know who to root for to help us. But it's fun anyway to see different opinions.

And yes I do at times root for some NFC teams to beat the Steelers. As long as their win has no bearing on us.

Eh no agenda for me yet being it's only week 1.

If I was forced to make a decision (outside of the Cowboys winning, obviously) I suppose I'd say I want a Philly loss.

Right now I'm feeling like Philly will be a bigger threat to us than Washington, so I'd rather Philly take an L...plus, living in Pennsylvania there's always something nice about Mondays when the follow a Philly L. :D

My initial focus will be on Smith and Collins on defense.

On offense it will be Collins and Smith.

I root for the whole team not named Kellen. If he plays that is when I stop mixing the tequila.

I guess I'll flip the script and root for the Cowboys this year; though, I know I am setting myself up for failure...

Most I don't care about too much, but I want the Skins to beat Philly. Philly has a shot to give us moderate trouble with respect to playoff positioning if all goes well for us. The Skins will be in the basement, so if they can hurt Philly's divisional record, that's great.

Skins-Philly I want a tie with a ton of injuries.
I always want the Texans to lose. Just to rub it in my HTown friends' faces. Go Jags.
I always want the Steelers to lose for a kinds of reasons. Go Brownies. The Brownies I have a soft spot for too.
I don't care about Bengals vs Ravens. I guess Ravens cause I like Harbaugh a bit.
Rams over Colts. I like the Rams. If Luck was playing I would feel that much more strongly on this one. Most overrated player of his generation.
GB over Seattle for strategic reasons. I think the Seachickens are the bigger rival this year.
Cannot stand the Broncos so I am okay with the Chargers winning. I despise the Chargers front office but like several of their players starting with Bosa.
Raiders over Titans. I like how the Raiders are run and the team they have assembled. The Titans used to be Houston and I don't mind carrying over that hate. Their owner is a tool.
SF over Carolina. don't care one way or another over the teams but cannot stand the Cats owner.
Vikings over Saints. I respect Payton but I like Zimmer. He was treated very unfairly here and I like that he has shown how dumb GROZ was.
Bills over Jets. Bills played doormat for two Lombardi's. I wish them well. Plus Namath is a jerk.
Lions over Cards. I find the Arians hype nauseating and the Lion's fans deserve something for their loyalty over the years.
Bears over Falcons. Another rival in the NFC and for some reason I cannot explain, I want to punch Matt Ryan in the face. Luck and Eli too.

I hope the Eagles and Skins tear each other apart. Kirk is auditioning for next year and he's gone, I hope he embarrasses the Eagles. Skins will eventually fall apart this year.
I think Seahawks beat GB.

Honestly, with all of the BS the league has thrown at us with this Zeke situation, I really don't even care anymore about watching other games. I didn't watch the Thursday opener and I probably wont even bother watching any games during the day tomorrow. I will probably turn on NBC pregame and watch the highlights from the earlier games and listen to any commentary about the Boyz, but that is it.

I used to watch any game that was televised, even if it was a scrub game like Cleveland vs Buffalo but now I just don't care anymore. Unless the Cowboys are playing, I really have zero interest in watching any other NFL games.

The worse the Falcons look the better it is for us. GB as well. As those will be the teams that we will be competing with for NFC supremacy.
