As of today, Tom Brady will miss the Dallas game since his 4 game suspension was upheld by the league. Howeve, I'm sure he will take it to court and get an injunction so he can play.

It's going to be hard for him to get an injunction. Godell has a right to hand out judgements as he sees fit. Blame the players association. Anyway for once Godell's in the right.
