when I tore up my knee, that's pretty much the way it looked - definitely glad we didn't think to take pics! Ugh! Just remembering is making the darn thing throb right now!

Well, they do have weight divisions. A lot of the guys don't really seem that big at all yet they lift incredible amounts for their size.
Then again, look what happended to him so maybe he's awfully small to be a weightlifter.
