Being a Cowboys fan for more than 30 years. I truly hope I am wrong but Jerry & Co. seem to have less of knowing what they are doing than ever before. The team did not seem to learn anything from the main problem of last season...Romo. Now they are riding the bank on him again. Odds are not good that a 36 year QB with a bad back bad ribs bad shoulder will last 6 games let alone 16. To top that off they had a journey man QB as his backup. Well they did. He is already possibly out of the season.

PS. I hope things work out that Romo plays 16 games. That is the Cowboys lifeline.

Take two of these, and call me in the morning:

"Jerry & Co." could have signed [insert backup QB of your choice] and he could have just as easily broke his leg. And you would be here complaining about "Jerry & Co." wasting money on some backup who got injured.

And just who is this Jerry and Co.? Is Garrett part of that company? Jerry and his drinking buddies minus Garrett. Are we back to the all things good credit Garrett and all things bad blame Jerry?

Either it was a freak accident or the coaches fault for the injury. A defensive player should not roll up on a QB's leg in practice. Garrett is in charge of the practices and what happens on the field. Not the GM.

Think about how easily that could have been Romo if he did not have the day off.

More negativity. Who's surprised?

This man has a weird feeling that Jerry doesn't know what he's doing.

Sometimes you just feel it in your gut.

The word "feeling" should be banned from all future thread titles.

I understand, but one thing I've learned is you can never tell with this team. I had the same feeling before the 2014 season.
