Welcome back DE Moore

What I was thinking, all you have to do is watch the Atlanta game and see how out classed this team really is

It's bad right now, but it could be worse, right?

We could have had to deal with being the biggest choke artists in Super Bowl history, like Atlanta.

So we can take comfort in the fact that things will never get that bad, right?

Did the Price Kid from G.Bay at 320# get any snaps?

Gotta be somebody hurt to make room for Moore...........alot of hurt feeling for sure at least

Yes. Imo he was quick off the snap at times, but couldn't penetrate the offensive line.

Taco needs to step up. And getting Irving back will be nice.

As for Moore, I'm a little skeptical that he's suddenly reinvented himself. But it has happened, so I guess it's possible

Moore will be a role player as long as he is here. Rotation guy that can help and get a few sacks. But we must invest in our DL via the draft- cast offs like Moore, Irving and Pea will not be long term solutions. As Mickey Spags says, "if they were that good, would they be availablee for us to sign?" Taco must work out and give us more than few sacks by December if we are to see improvement.

2 more weeks we can welcome back our next BEAST.

I don't think the word BEAST means what you think it does.

Assuming your are talking about Damontre Moore, he is a 6 year journeyman DE who has averaged 2 sacks per season over his career, and just 0.75 sacks per season over the past years.

He very much fits the kinds of cast-offs, written-offs, journeyman, etc defensive lineman that team has been circulating through the roster since about 2013.

With all the negative feelings going on i thought i would take the time to welcome back our pass rushing end. Can't wait to give D Law a running mate. 2 more weeks we can welcome back our next BEAST.

Question is who do we cut to make room......

I vote for Moore, exchange 1 Moore for another. No need to have 2 Moores on the roster

You'd think that by now, people would have learned there is no one savior of this team.

I thought Moore was suspended for four games.
Nah, just 2.

I'd cut Damontre Moore.

.....but could he anchor.............swear Puea was pushed back into Lee/J.Smith Laps and that cut them from flowing to the ball as we usually see. Made them look slow

.......it was weird, never seen where Lee didnt make a few splash plays behind the LOS......

I think Welcome Back Kotter would help out just as much right now.
As I read this, I sit here wondering how many younger fans are reading your post and saying to themselves..."what the hell is he talking about"? :)

Yeah...if the Falcons stay healthy.....FORGET about everyone else in NFC. Probably AFC too. Atlanta is STRONG.

Yeah, I saw him trailing the play a LOT and standing around the pile. He did next to nothing.

I wouldn't hold my breath waiting on Taco to get it done this year.

Pretty sure he's talking about David Irving.

Not overly excited about Damontre Moore. He has not lived up to expectations thus far and thus was released from the Giants. Maybe change of scenery will change this guy for the better. Anyway I sure hope so.
