We have to be #1. We only have 1 division loss?

Google and the NFL have refreshed their standings and the Commanders are still at #1. Maybe a mistake, but I thought with a win we were #1.

The Cowboys are in 1st Place ; they have a 3-1 division record compared to the Crapskins being 2-1......................

We are in 1st by being 3-1 in the division as Washington is 2-1.
Doesn’t mean a thing unless we keep winning.

Will have to pull for Giants to beat .eagles, then Eagles neat Commanders.
Then we beat Eagles if we lose to the Saints.

I agree. Austins presence on the field can change a game but only a small impact probably. If you put cooper on the field , a player teams have to respect and let Austin benefit from all the space available coming out of the slot . I feel Austin can make a couple of 10-15 yard plays per game with Cooper on the field.

Obviously, Cooper makes all of it work.

gallup seems poised to be another great wr. te still needs work. I like swaim, but he's as often injured as sean lee. never going to be able to count on him. rico seems to be steadily improving as a blocker.

Yes tied. ..im sure there is a tie breaker on common opponents but still too early

Nope. Cowboys are guaranteed to win the common opponents tiebreaker if there is a tie. Because division rivals only play 2 non-common games all year, and the Commanders won both of those (Arizona and Green Bay) while the Cowboys lost to Seattle and beat Detroit, so we're 1-1 and they're 2-0 in non-common games, which means they cannot get that tiebreaker over us.

The Amari Cooper effect. Zeke had a great game. Dak needed a little more on that pass to Gallup and that could have been a TD. Nice offensive game without Tyron Smith. We got some turnovers in this game. This was a very good game by the cowboys
