I'm the biggest homer there is but we are toast. We are not going to recover from this this season with Wade and Red calling the shots.

With that said, here are 5 things I would like to see changed.

1. Coaching staff. We are not going to improve with this current mess we have.

2. Offensive line. We all know it needs to be addressed but we need to do something before next season.

3. Safety Help. While I thought our D did pretty well today considering, we need secondary help in the worst way.

4. Jerry needs to recommit. (Or be committed). Seems like the team is secondary to the Stadium.

5. Recommit to the run game. I am pretty sure we didn't run back to back running plays all game and I'm not sure we did last week either. Felix needs to get a bigger load to carry.

I'm sure there are other things that need to be fixed but these are the glaring needs as we sit right now.

This has bothered me for little while now. The face of the franchise is Jerry, but the stadium has also become the face of the franchise lately as well. I think you can pretty much go through the majority of the NFL teams and say either the coach or the QB or an LB is the face of their respective franchises. Not here. Jerry seems very committed to his new toy than the team. Hey I love the stadium too, but the honeymoon is over Jerruh...get back to work.

I don't imagine you could find a knowledgable football mind that thinks this team is a playoff team. No way. They're just too stupid. And Wade can't coach them out of stupid and in fact seems to be a contributing factor to the dumbing down of the Cowboys.

I'm not a stat gal but I read thread after thread on here of people that say this is Wade's MO at every stop he has made..sloppy play. Lots of penalities. The inability to make changes.

The problem with this franchise is that Jones CAN NOT admit defeat...

He will hang in there for years and years just to prove critics wrong...
