A) He left in shame from the NFL for being a pothead (and sucking)
B) entered the CFL and got cut for being a pothead
C) entered the Arena Football League minor leagues (which is pretty lame to begin with) and got cut for being lazy, and of course, a pothead
D) entered into the real Arena Football League, and got cut because he was dumb enough to think he still had a chance in the NFL (obviously a direct result of him being a pothead)
E) lastly, he got fired by a team in another (even lowlier) indoor football league that makes the Arena Football League look good, for simply not showing--even after they had ignored his outstanding warrant arrest and DWI probation.. He's finished. What an idiot that guy really is...

Kids, when you parents say don't smoke pot, they might actually be on to something.

Quincy Carter cut as football team's QB

07/06/2009
Associated Press

Former Dallas Cowboys starting quarterback Quincy Carter is out of a job again.

The Abilene Ruff Riders of the Indoor Football League cut the former Georgia Bulldog after he failed to show up for a home game Saturday against the Odessa Roughnecks.

Coach Gerald Dockery tells the Abilene Reporter-News that Carter phoned him four hours before Saturday's game to tell him that he wouldn't play.

At halftime, general manager Barney Welch said Carter was no longer on the team.

In 2003, Carter led the Cowboys to a 10-6 season and the playoffs in their first season under coach Bill Parcells. Dallas released Carter in training camp before the next season, and he started briefly for the New York Jets before poor play and drug-related arrests ended his NFL career.

Hard to believe he is the same guy.

Carter never had the talent to be a good NFL QB, but even beside that he still got a shot to play in the NFL, but You can't help someone that is just plain STUPID, and that sums up this jerk...

As much of a disgrace as Carter is, it pales in comparison to the pants that opposing team is wearing...

“Every once in a while a player comes along who causes you to think `this one is different; this one is going to be special. I felt that way about Quincy the first time I ever sat down and talked to him one-on-one.”

Dave Campo on LaVonya Quintelle “Quincy” Carter, 2001.

Bill Parcells got us in the playoffs in 2003. He was just along for the ride.

that a stellar year from the defense and an relatively easy schedule and some breaks
