A few years ago I was working in that area for about a week and I thought I would take a day and go visit. Unfortunately; the week I was close enough to visit was the induction week. There was no way I was going to get in then.

I tell you what.... It's a very modest setting.

No glitz, no glamour. Just a plain setup. Nice. But I was expecting more.

The field where they have the ceremonies is the back of a building.

I was stunned at the size of the glove an old man came up to me and said 'son, back in those days if you could catch a ball with one of those gloves, you were a ballplayer.'
