Fact is . . . McNabb has missed time with injury multiple times for the past several years. Yet . . . the Eagles never experienced much of a drop off when the backups came in.
Heck . . . AJ Feeley came in, and parlayed his success to a large contract with the Dolphins the following off season.

He's regularly referred to as a premier QB, when time and time again the guy comes up small in big situations.

Wade took over, we improved on a team, and we've since had McNabb's number.

The NFC East was nicknamed the NFC Least for much of the early 2000's. That, coincidentally, was when McNabb had much of his success.
And again, I'll go to the grave believing that Jim Johnson's defenses carried those Eagles teams . . . not McNabb.
McNabb's overrated self has already proven he can't carry a team. Every time they've needed him in the biggest moments . . . he's thrown interceptions and choked.
You'll see this year. The Eagles will be a better team, and Kolb will be a better quarterback.
