They were to some degree, but the Saints are still a very good team. They benefitted from the collapse of their own division and had a lot of breaks go their way. In order to get back to the NFC Championship Game, they need to make huge improvements in their defensive front seven. Currently, I rank them fourth in the NFC (I think Dallas, Philly, and Chicago will be better) and first in their division.juckie;1520608 said:I give them respect to go from what they did to last year.I mean Brees is the obvious reason for the most part.Yet,I ask myself will this defense regress more, will brees continue this top notch play, have people figured out the weaknesses of the team like the saints did us last year? They have a target on their back now,I also believe that with a new coach we can take them,it was clear that payton knew our Defense too well.He literally made BP look like a donkey.
lol I will personally hit him with my car if need be to make sure that doesnt happen. We didnt bring in jason david for him to sit on the bench, freddy T may see some action in nickel or dime thoughjuckie;1521277 said:fred thomas was on sirius nfl last week saying he was starting cb again,i hope, lol.
