I don't think so. I think it was simply the type of O we were running, more of a downfield attacking mode utilizing comebacks and such.They have been but I suspect that the reason for that is driven more by Dak's accuracy on those routes. They are some of the easiest and most effective routes you can throw if run properly and thrown properly, yet as you say, we hardly ever used them.
We will see what happens I suppose.
Thing is, that suited Romo to a T, as he was weak on the slants and crosses. And when Prescott came in, we simply didn't change the O to suit him. Which is stupid.
