We've still neglected our toughness

I'm more than happy with the additions that we've acquired this off-season, but I've been on record as saying we lack toughness. I'm not sure that we have improved in that area and it will continue to kill us. And I'm speaking from a defensive point of view.

When is your new album coming out man? Last year you said it would come in November, then you changed it to December, and here we are in May of 2012 and still no album from you. Also how can you be in the same entourage as Justin Bieber? Son I am dissapoint

I think Tyrone Crawford and Matt Johnson add toughness, and Sean Lee is definitely leading the way in that department.

Totally agree with you on Lee. He put his mark on the team last season, but it still wasn't enough. we definitely need more of his kind. I've watched some of Johnson, he's cut from that same Lee cloth, but I'm not sure how much of an impact he'll make as a rookie. Johnson is not afraid to stick his nose in there and I'd be happy as hell if he makes an early impression/impact with limited PT. That being said, I only completely agree with you on Johnson and that would be 1 player added with the right kind of toughness we need by my count.

So, Tyrone Crawford doesn't strike you as tough? To me, he seems like a bring a lunch pail, lay the wood on people toughness. Either way, 2 or 3 guys who exhibit a mean streak, and continually smack offenses around, are contagious to a defense.

Dallas can develop a reputation quickly, with just a few guys leading the way.

The only thing that matters is can we stop the other team? We will be much better at stoping the other team this year. Better corners better LBs.
At the end of the day we will be able to protect the lead because of talent not toughness. How tough can you be when your cb is chasing his receiver down field because he doesn't have the talent to cover him before the catch?

We don't lack toughness. What we've been lacking in smart, talented players.

We have been talented enough or smart enough to get over the hump. I think we're slowly getting there.

We have gotten tough because addition by subtraction as far as our dbs. Intensity and work ethic is good. it will be better

It's pretty much impossible to dominate or to be tough when you're getting punked in the trenches,,, just sayin.

Cut it out....

It's getting old

I think our draft class was full of tough players.

I guess you could question Claiborne but the guy was playing with one arm last year. You'd miss tackles too.

The OL is where we've been a little light in the trunks the last couple of years.

I'm still not comfortable with what we have.

Never expected you to defend Claiborne...I'm getting proud of you man

I thought we lacked some toughness at corner, neither Newman or Jenkins are very physical players.

I saw better effort out of Jenkins last year.
