Anthony Henry started 10 games for the Cowboys last season, while battling injury, but with the team acquiring Adam 'Pacman' Jones his starting job may be in jeopardy.

Both have been working with the first team defense. Henry has also bee working in the inside position some, that would match him up against tight ends more.

Yesterday coach Wade Phillips said he expects Henry to play inside this season and likes his size there. Henry is listed at 6-1, 205 pounds.

It's unclear what the issue is, but at 6-6 and 354 pounds there is a lot of man to be hurt.

Details as they become available.

One of the major story lines during mini-camp and training camp for the Cowboys will be Anthony Henry. Hell be asked to play more inside on tight ends and in passing drills he made a nice break up of a would be touchdown in the back of the end zone on Tony Curtis.

He got an enthusiastic cheer from secondary coach Dave Campo: "Good hands, good hands."

VIDEO: Afternoon camp update.

Two Cowboys need IVs

Cowboys guard Leonard Davis was forced to leave the afternoon practice after about 40 minutes due to cramps. He left to receive an IV in the training room and did not return. Nose tackle Tank Johnson left the practice early because of cramping to also receive an IV for cramping. Johnson returned to the field.

''Hot weather, you know,'' Wade Phillips said after practice.

Wishing for San Antonio

Count wide receiver Patrick Crayton as one of the Cowboys who would prefer to be staying in San Antonio for training camp.

While he likes the weather of Oxnard, Calif. he would rather be indoors at the Alamodome. But he would also rather be closer to home. He gets his wish next year when the team returns to San Antonio.

Crayton not surprised by Glenn's actions

Cowboys wide receiver Patrick Crayton talked with veteran Terry Glenn on Father's Day. They didn't talk about Glenn's situation with the team, but Crayton is not surprised by what has developed.

Glenn said Tuesday he will not sign the $500,000 injury waiver and wants to be released. Crayton believes Glenn has too much pride and put too much into his rehabilitation to sign for less than his contract. Glenn, who turns 34 next month, possibly decided not to agree because he has something else in the works. Not likely for $1.74 million, but could he have something lined up with the Dolphins and his close ex-coach Bill Parcells?

nothing indicates terry wants to play anywhere else, and for damned sure he doesn't want to go to a team destined to suck it up for what is likely his last year in the nfl

Since Terry has shown such love for all the Cowboys have done for him last year, we should trade him to the Kansas City Chiefs.

Publicly demanding a trade yesterday contradicts that just a bit.

He certainly seems to be the golden boy of the offseason.

If he does have something lined up, Parcells is liable for a big-time tampering charge if it can be proven.

In this case Parcells may be doing us a favor. Let him go to Miami.

Hmmm...I could of sworn that Hurd was the golden boy as few as two or three days ago. I think they're neck and neck.

That's still far less explicit as Nors' love for Ray Allen or Ricky Santos. Let's hope it doesn't go there...

Interesting thing though, from what I can tell, is:

Miles Austin is flat out beating guys and getting separation. Hurd is making catches by going aggressively to the ball per reports.
