WFT defensive players expected to miss Sunday's game with the Eagles

Eagles will blow the game on purpose, knowing if they win it will help us. :lmao:
If they feel we will beat the NYG.

However, they would need NYG to beat us and if they win, it helps themselves.

With half of their defense out. Get ready for the pundits, and the usuals on here say how great the Eagles offense looks.
And at the same time if our offense rolls, say well, we played a depleted poor team.

Wow!! They need to postpone the game. Don’t worry they will all be ready for the Cowboys the following week.
The NFL made it clear at the beginning of the year that they were not postponing games. If you had "Medical," issues, too bad too sad. The games would go on. This was the incentive to forc eplayers to get a .... uhm, you know what they needed to get.

I personally think it is a mistake to not move the game back a few days. It is totally unfair to a team, that did all they were supposed to do and still had an outbreak. It is also very unfair to the teams fans.

Helps our chances of clinching.......of course, we have to take care of business also

Of course they will! Philly will win. A week later, just in time for Dallas, some of those guys will be back, rested and ready! Wouldn’t surprise me if the Dallas/Philly game features 10-6 vs. 9-7.

The Eagles will win because Washington is not as good as their record indicates. But missing all those defensive linemen against the Eagles running game is a tough break for Washington.

Stinks to be a coach right now. You have no idea what players will be available until literally Sunday morning.

Doesn’t mean much, I watched the Eagles lose to the giants like two weeks ago and it was embarrassing

With injuries, subjective penalties, suspensions, and endlessly changing Covid stuff, rosters can be altered to the point that game outcomes can be affected, insidiously, without anything to prove it’s anything more than paranoid speculation!

Philadelphia doesn’t deserve a shot at the playoffs if they lose this game.

I hope no one is looking for sympathy. Not after the Cowboys 2020 season, certainly not after their entire 2010's decade.

I think if you look at the entirety of the past 10 seasons, you'll find that the Cowboys were typically at about 70% strength. It was far lower in 2020.

I'm sure we can all admit that there is an element of luck when it comes to the success of NFL teams. There are variables that can't be controlled, from injuries and protocols to referees and the simple bounce of a ball. However, over the long run, it all evens out for each particular team.....except the Detroit Lions. Just a shout out to Lions fans, you all are for real!

& then they get said "medical" issue anyway
:igglestrophy:

I used to love this emogie
Well, might as well replace it with a good ole Lombardi Trophy. Because it's there now, and it's never going away.

A lot of good players on that list...hopefully they miss the Cowboys game too.

WFT doesn't want any of this, they know they got another whipping coming to them. Nothing they can do about it, it's coming.

Are you kidding me?? The Eagles would never blow a game, never EVER.... (not even for a draft pick)
