What is wrong with me! Ok. I do not like either team. Period. However, I decided to watch the Super Bowl due to my love for the game as well as the intensity that cheating (er scratch that), I mean playing to win brings to a big game like this. I'm not into the red carpet watching celebrities or some of the incessant repetition of player's profiles.
But I am into the biggest game of the year. I was getting all the food out, vacuuming the floor and dusting off the big screen and realized what I would feel like today getting ready for the Cowboys to play. Man, this is tough and I wish that sheer fan willpower could get us there next year because obviously each of us want to be watching the 'Boys play. They had a deal on the pregame with the 90s teams and showed the Triplets and a little bit on the Cowboys. I got energized watching that. Watching this game feels like I am spending a holiday away from my family but heck, I 'm going to watch this for the great game of football and hopefully some decent commercials. I'd like to make the best of this since this is it for the year.
We need to be in that big game again. I can feel it.
