and this comes from DaveKShape
Twas a dark and stormy night when Tony Romo turned his key
He was scared about the prospect of going back to D.C.
When he entered his room he saw some crutches wrapped in a bow
Attached with a note that said “you’ll need these - brian orakpo”

here is another funny one, by the way, do we have any guys that can write some witty cowboys poems in relation to beating the skins, giants and eagles? Note, I am trying to do some spying and see if i can find anything to use as bulletin board material, etc or that might help cowboys.

Hey Commanders Nation, It’s Dallas Week
Posted by: hail2skins on Wednesday, September 8th, 2010
It’s Dallas Week folks. Time to kick some Cowboy butt.

Our members have been busy exercising the creative regions of their brains. I asked them to create some poems about our rilvary with the Cowboys. Here are a couple we would like to share.

From SKINSATIONAL
From the Slingin’ Sammy Baugh’s to the speedy Darrell Green’s
To the Monks, Sanders’, and Clarks
And to all those in between

The Grimms, the Theismanns, and Manleys
The Manns, Jurgensens and Mays
To all of the greats from Washington
Who helped to pave the way.

Commander’s nation is ready and waiting
For trophy count of four
Battle cries are heard for miles
With weapons drawn for war.

Scalping Cowboys, slaying Giants, killing birds Along the way
With arrows in flight, we’ve come to fight
And now it’s judgment day.

HAIL Commanders

You can go and say that our 2010 SB season starts with a W in their place, in their faces, and with their loser Qb at their helm. They should have kept their own loser-Qb, they already had that.

You guys take this stuff way too seriously.

The first one, I thought, was kinda clever.

The second one was a little long winded, but creative.

Really guys it's o.k. for other fans to love their teams, too.

Again, trying to pump you all up, so were fighting mad and have a score to settle with the skins and their fans. And at same time, try to dig for info on some secrets that a media writer might reveal, (I did that just that the other day, found a gem for cowboys). So, I want you all zoners to know, my mission this year, is to try and scoop all our opposing teams for info, watch their games to see if i see anything and pass that along to cowboys or get some of my cowboys buddies to get it to the cowboys.

So, I will leave no stone unturned so we can beat teams this year, and help out whatever way i can. :D

I hate when people say that someone has "too much free time" on their hands. Who are you to judge how someone spends their time? I doubt if we had a short poem or haiku thread, you would be calling Cowboy fans losers. I like the poems, and would like to read some Cowboy themed ones.

Me too, thats another reason why i posted the poems, thought with all the zoners we have on this board, someone might be a pretty witty poet

so might be a good thing for us to have our poems for each game this year.

Just giving you a hard time, Joe :D
I know how passionate you've been all week.

Though, I wouldn't mind seeing more quotes from Cowboys instead of ex-skins players degrading the Cowboys. That might be a bit more motivating :laugh2:

I tried to find some but didn't come up with any.

There's my poem.

Seventeen-zero,
Where was your hero then?
Old Brian Orakapo,
Being pushed around like a *****,
By Marc Colombo,
Dallas Cowboys all day,
In Jason Campbell's face,
Now that you have Donovan McNabb,
It doesn't matter,
Your team is still getting thrashed.

I know, where in the heck is Hostile, or DC when you need them, that probably know some witty saying by cowboys players when we beat the skins.

I like that one, pretty good, except for the w word being pushed around ---, but other than that pretty neat!

Uhhhh, why exactly do I have to be "fighting mad"?? I'm reasonably certain I won't see the field Sunday night...

And at same time, try to dig for info on some secrets that a media writer might reveal, (I did that just that the other day, found a gem for cowboys).

You're suggesting that some mediot "revealed" something the Cowboys don't already know??

Color me dubious...

So, I will leave no stone unturned so we can beat teams this year, and help out whatever way i can. :D

CowboyJoe, our secret weapon...ROTFLMAO...

I love ya, man, and don't know quite how to tell you this, but nothing you do this season will affect the outcome of a single game... trust me on this...

the Commanders can go, and gather all the troops
ware will make mcnabb puke that chunky soup
fedex might be loud, filled with alot of decibels
skins are old, thank god it's wheelchair accessible

orakpo?...oh crap no!
that dude is gay
all day...
just push fat albert out the way!

the clashing of helmets is very musical
we roll in, win, but their fans remain delusional.
shanahan oh shanahan what can I say?
still won't get a playoff win after tampa bay
you hate us, that's cute, now go play with your toys....
because after sunday night it'll be
"we DON'T want the Cowboys!!!"

It's from collecting gov'ment cheese. These are your tax dollars at work -- to pay stoop bums to sit around at keyboards and write Cowboys hate poems.

Anyone know if Art has posted his annual "Every Commander player is better than every Cowboy player" thread?

That guy could seriously retionalize even the crappiest backup on the Skins team being better than some pro bowl Dallas player.

Wrong! There is a direct correlation between when I put my Ware jersey on and our win percentage. I have statistical evidence and a chart to back that up.:D ;)
