This is more a statement post than anything... but MAN don't it feel it good this year?

Cowboys are rolling! The love is pouring in from all quarters. A cinderella season capped by record breaking, league leading season for rushing AND passing.

For Cowboys fans, we are on cloud nine right now. A strong post season run will just be the icing for this breakout season and return to greatness for our team.

I bet I am not alone in finding myself just smiling for no apparent reason at all and just enjoying every moment of this!!

I agree. This OL is playing much better than any line we have had in years. I have seen the comments about that 1 guy being added does not make that much difference, I beg to differ when that 1 guy is playing at a pro bowl level where as what we saw last year before Martin came here was hit and miss. Martin play has been outstanding

The offensive coordinator has made a difference also.

The OL didn't just add 1 player, they also have two guys that went from 1st year starters to 2nd year starters (Fred and Leary). Having said that, the OL was playing really well in the 2nd half of last season.

I tend to think that the commitment to the running game by the OC is as big a reason as any for the success this season.

Oh how I argued years ago about the value of the offensive line and how the Cowboys were making a huge mistake looking to get by there while cornering the market on cornerbacks.

To blind eyes.

The sad part is most still didn't learn anything.

No doubt with this OL and this coaching staff, I think a new window for this team is opening as we speak, hopefully we can get a nice 3-4 year run out of this.

Investing into the oline the past two years has made the biggest difference. This allows the team to control the game by pounding the ball (wearing the defense out) and keeping opponents offense off the field.

That's why it was unfair previous years to blame Jason Garrett for Dallas' short falls due to a lack of talent on the oline.

If we want to be in the playoff picture next year I suggest that Jerry, Stephen and Jason continue to draft talented olinemen and dlinenmen.

Also, investing in a oline may have extended Romo's career.

There is no doubt you have campaigned for a better OL for years now, alot of us agreed with you....but until the FO actually does it, all we can do is sit here and debate till eternity...thank god the light came on and our FO actually did it and did it the right way.

I agree but there is a big difference with Martin. Again not just a guy, a guy who is playing at a pro bowl level something we were not getting out of Bernadeau who was inconsistent with his play.
