It’s worth repeating what a great drive and TD this was. Dak was awesome in this drive . 15 plays, 70 yds, the winning TD throw and left only 20 some odd seconds on the clock. No one here, except for 2 or 3 of us, expected a win on the road against a team with a top defense besides the Cowboys. A great way to end the game.

:lmao: :lmao: What a win....

I do applaud Dak for driving the Cowboys for the win but it should not have come down to that if he would have not turnover the ball in the red zone. My heart can’t take that. I guess he likes to keep the fans in the stands. I prefer blowouts by the Cowboys
I am very critical of Dak. But I thought he played great in that game. Our turnovers didn't give the Steelers points, it hurt us in that we didn't get points. But that's what the Steelers do. He deserves a lot of credit for that final drive. No QB is perfect.

I agree with you about Dak. If can get the praise he should also get the criticism. He himself mentioned that he has to be more careful with the ball. As Parcells would say sometimes a sack or throw away is better than trying to make something out of nothing. The one thing I like about Dak is if he makes a mistake, he never gives up. It is ok to make mistakes but one must learn from them and like you say no one is perfect. I still remember when Romo turned the ball over 5 times against the Bills and they still one the game. This was a good team win especially with all the injuries that we had.

Thousands of members, and you think only 2 or 3 expected a win?

Romo was one of my favorite QBs. But remember that game against the Lions where he himself lost that game? Just him!! He used to infuriate me. This game by Dak reminded me a little of Romo. Made mistakes, but made up for it. I don't care if you make mistakes and can make up for it. Regardless of what happened in the game, it was still there to win, and we won. My past criticism was because we didn't do that. I was at work watching that 4th down play. That made my night.

I watched that whole game at work due to the weather delay. I had almost no interruptions, it was glorious.

Agree with you. I mean the Niners had 5 turnovers in 1981 NFCC game against us and still one. We still had a chance though. I respect players and teams that can come over adversary and still win.

One might make the case that the stars aligned for that drive. And recovering the fumble played a huge part.
But with 52 seconds left when Luepke was tackled, if he were to have scored then, there was plenty of time for the Stealers to tie the game or win it.
