The post is absolutely correct. It's not as if we are 1 player away from the Super Bowl. We are many players away. The biggest deal is a kicker!!! It seems apparent we are not going to sign a good kicker. We are going to have a garbage kicker. Longwell gone. No visit planned by Vinatieri. Vanderjagt was a dome kicker.
What have we done to solidify our Oline? You can't do all that through the draft in one year.

People are going to complain either way, we sign a bunch of FA last year, people complain they are too old, but they get mad when old players sign elsewhere this year. People cry that they dont want to overpay and get pissed when guys like Lloyd sign for $30 mill or whatever he got. the overreaction to the start of Free Agency thats just days old is reaching absurd levels

Look, I have not complained yet about the Cowboys and their actions in Free Agency.

However, to say that FA is just days old thefore everyone is overreacting is wrong.

Kind of lack saying no big deal the 100 yard dash just started five seconds ago.

FA is much more a sprint now than it used to be. Not to say Dallas can not get some vets that will come in help, but the cream of the crop is just about gone.
