I'm more excited for the Rams Packers game today than I've been for ANY Cowboys game this year...LET'S GO RAMS...

Get to see some good football rather than that crap the Cowboys coaches trot onto the field...

Please go root for the Rams are Packers.

Your statement is probably more an editorial statement on how you feel about the FO and coaching than how you truly feel, but no true Cowboys fan would ever look forward to a game not involving Dallas more than one that does. So riddle me this - if next week's Dallas~Tennessee game was today and opposite the Rams~Packers, you would watch the latter rather than the Cowboys? If so, then you definitely are not a true Cowboys fan IMO.

Thanks so much for clearing that up for me. Maybe you can ask the mods to make a "are you a true fan" forum for those of us that just don't know. I mean, judging by all the fans criticizing the Cowboys, there's a great need for super fans like you to set everyone straight...

You might need to question your allegiance to the Cowboys then. I don't care about any other team than my boys regardless. Maybe it's just me. Nah, can't be lol.

Very glad I could clear that up for you.

I don't root for any teams over the Cowboys. But I do like to watch good games. My allegiance to Dallas isn't a problem. I just don't care for people (not you) telling others how to be "true fans"...

( class was in session,,,and ,,,now it's dismissed)

:lmao: that was an admirably reserved & HILARIOUS application of tactfully deployed élan,,, from yer' casing-liner there amigo!
I thinking yer' a pretty cool ( my kinda' likable) sort of fellow forum member:)

:starspin::thumbup::starspin:

* I like every COWBOYS fan that hangs out here& thats the straight up truth*

Boy howdy! There is a pretty good one going down in Minnesota with the Saints RIGHT NOW:yourock:

I can't beleive Gurley did that.......pulled up on a TD for no reason.
It wasn't for no reason: just for almost no reason.

If he scores, they're up 8 with 1:04 left and no time outs for the Packers. The route to Packers victory would then be: (Rams miss XP) + (Packers TD drive) + (Packers 2 pointer) + (Packers win in OT). That's very unlikely, but not impossible.

By holding up, the route to Packers victory was: (Goff fumbles snap on kneel-down play) + (Packers recover fumbled snap) + (Packers scoring drive). That's way way more unlikely.

It was the right call, but it's the probably the difference between 99.5% and 100% victory odds.

No matter how bad the Cowboys play, I am always excited to see them play. That is just who I am as a fan. I get more excited if they win.

Agreed. I was excited when Dallas beat the Commanders in 1989 and I'm not joking. I just think the OP is being somewhat cynical. There is a difference between watching a good game and watching a Cowboys game. They are not in the same ballpark to me because Cowboys games mean something. I think all the OP was saying was that he wished the Cowboys were relevant again. We all get frustrated sometimes.
