What a waist of a great talent and good man. He maybe the best OLB of the last 10 years and he will never see a SB, has to frustrate him to no end. Well both him and Witten, 2 of the best of there time and stuck here with this mess.

Bradie and Keith were just horrible yesterday, and with Lee out thats just bad news.

I was going to say I feel bad for DWare but heck he has more money then I can make in 10 life times, but it just has to kill him to watch players that are no where near him in talent on better teams, it has to kill Witten to.

I agree, it sucks. He is being handicapped by our lack of other Pass Rushers.

With Lee out we are even worse. We are to slow, and that is the number 1 weakness in this D. Our other weakness is a pass rusher outside of Ware. We get no movement without blitzing

Spencer is what he is. Never has been and never will be a good pass rusher. Just doesn't have it in him. Maybe we'll have to invest another high draft pick on an OLB.

As OLB, either you can pass rush or you can not. We have been waiting forever for Spencer. We need to draft a pass rusher in next year draft. It is sad to see DWare work so hard while Spencer is nowhere to be found.

Agreed. I'm just saying overall, Spencer can't rush. Pretty much a non-factor in that aspect of the game. This has been the case for the most part over 3+ years. Ware had a ho-hum game and still somehow ended up with 4 sacks. Spencer has a ho-hum game and you wonder if he even played a snap.

No need feeling sorry for a guy like him. Great talent. Great exposure on high profile team, great life. With 10% unemployment rate and the families losing their American Dream to corporate greed i'm sure you can find some people to really feel sorry for.

I agree with that. But SPencer looks gawd awful last night. He has yet to show up like he did in the forst 2 games.
1st three rounds shoudl be OG, C, and OLB. Carter might be the answer at ILB, so I'm not going to say get one early until I can see more form him, but getting a ILB for depth is a must, I would rather see us get a vetern not Brooking or James.
Also we need some DL. Hatcher is a good pass rush 3-4 DE but sucks vs the run and Spears is the opposite. Also we still need the road block NT. I like Ratliff but I saw him get pushed out of the way by just the Center, no double.
No way you can draft all these in one year, some FA signings will be needed.

There was a lot of things we could have done to help DWare, but Jerry chose to be 20 million under the cap and the team suffers.

It is tough to watch two absolutely all time greats like Ware and Witten playing on these teams that can't seem to get out of their own way or continue to just flat out play poorly in big spots.
