What about Courtney Brown?

Figured everything else has been beaten like a dead horse to this point.

I was intrigued by his physical ability but didn't see much sat night. The last td they scored he literally just stood there on goalline, They offered a back view(behind him) and he had the PERFECT hole to run up and stuff it and never even moved, he just waited there.

He played okay coverage though from what I saw on passing plays.

Thoughts? Does he have a chance to over take Watkins playing time in nickel or dime, or is he JAG on special teams?

The reports I read he was having a good TC and in effect had beaten Watkins out and taken over his place on several packages. The Cowboys just wanted to see in the Charger game how well he tackled, etc. Was wondering myself how Brown did in the game cause I don't remember his name being called. Doesn't mean much since the announcers frequently revert to other discussions when the game gets out of hand.

thats what the cowboys were talking about on brown,how is his tackling.

i have to go back and see if he just stood there as you said, but thats were the reports, how is his tackling, etc

he has to want to tackle in such situations, and see what is happening,

I tried to see if you can tell on the highlights and your sort of can see.

But during the game they offered a back of the endzone view, and the LB took on the FB and he had a huge gap he could have charged in and tried to make a play, and just simply stood there and waited for the RB to come to him. Especially bad in goalline.

Other than that play, he looked solid.

He's taking over for Watkins? That's bad news.
