I just read that Dallas has just rounded out their practice squad of ten players with the addition of CB Deji Olataye. I'm definitely not against project young corners, but a project young DE is just as valuable. I have been lightly following Efe Obada since his name first started popping up while he was still in London. Yes, it's a feel good story, but his physical gifts are raw and promising. I was hoping Dallas would retain him, since he seemed to be improving at a solid rate. Correct me if I'm wrong... but didn't Dallas get some kind of practice squad exemption for signing him? If not, then why did Dallas sign him to a 3 year contract? Something doesn't make sense. I figured he's a perfect guy for the PS. Cliff notes please.

Those are great points !!! I know their are some special rules on the 1 foreign player on practice team, I don't think anyone can sign him off the practice team, but not sure of the whole rule and have no info to show or backup any points, so this is just hear-say.
