What about Hurd last night?

I haven't "hurd" a thing about Sam Hurd's game from last night. Did he even play? I know Copper got the start, which I assume is just Parcells checking him out. If T.O. and Crayton aren't back by September 10th, I've been under the assumption Hurd would have a decent shot at the start.

yep, he had 2 catches for 20 yards and one special teams tackle.. i think that Hurd has already made the team and Parcells wanted to see Rector and Copper more last night..

I think it will be hard not to give Hurd a spot. Same for Rector. Both guys have been catching stuff like they're in a circus and pretty consistent in doing so. I believe we can probably (finally) say bye to Copper as well as Tolver, Austin, and....who am I forgetting. Anyway, 5 spots presumably for receiver...Hurd will be one of them.
