What are Eagles fans saying about their team?

They are tied with us for first place.......are they ripping their team a new one like we are week in and week out, or do they actually have an optimistic view of their season going forward?

I for one am down on the Cowboys right now, but I am also looking at the silver lining. We are 3-0 in the division. We control our own destiny.

Also, as bad as things are right now.....if we can get our heads out of our butts, and get on a roll, we have a chance to end the season at 11-5, which would be a very respectable record.

The one's I have talked to are confident. They are putting up a lot of points lately. Their defense hasn't been gashed as much as ours.

That being said yes we do control our own destiny.

11-5 would be awesome but can't see it. I can see 9-7. Especially with injuries. Eagle fans I talk to are feeling more confident than ever.

I want to be an optimist (like JJ), but the injuries on defense are going to limit what we can do. Also, while I've supported JG in the past, I really do get the sense that he's over his head from an ability to coach and motivate this team. The process talk only works if players (and fans) see progress...which I'd argue isn't the case right now.

As we all know, there is no point in predicting NFL schedule outcomes, but I don't see the Eagles winning three more games.
Washington, Arizona, Chicago, Minnesota, Detroit, Dallas. Only Wash and Minni have losing records and I think they both match up well against the Eagles. So, Eagle fans will still be looking at a QB next draft.

VERY small. And, if you watch the games, he isn't playing as well as his stats. Tons of wide open receivers, a miraculous amount of DBs falling down, bad throws that DBs somehow aren't adjusting to.

Um..of course not. Wake up. Foles, Shady, and Jackson will tear us another hole. Foles throws a nice ball and we all know the boys are just as inept at stopping the run. How many beat downs do you need to witness before reality hits?

It doesn't matter what Eagles fans think. They're the first fans to turn on their team when things don't go well. Any idiot can be supportive in the middle of a winning streak, but the loyalty isn't there when times get tough, and they start booing during competitive games at home.

I'd feel a lot better about the Cowboys prospects overall if we hadn't just lost Sean Lee heading into our bye. That's an absolute gut punch on a defense that's already decimated and not playing well on the back end.

I think Foles is a decent QB, but his play will not stay at this level.

Just like the Sixers. They came out hot and went 3-0. Teams have some good film on them, and now they're 4-4.
