You want a read a book that is way different than the movie? Try Bourne Identity. There are only like 6 similarities. One being his name, two being is he male, three being he isn't sure who is he is, and a few other *minor* details. :laugh2:fgoodwin;3945346 said:I read Children of Men shortly after seeing the movie -- the book and movie are quite different. But both are good.
I must say; I love reading and I've read Moby Dick twice, but I still haven't figured out why Moby Dick is considered so great. It was okay, but I it isn't even close to being in my top 100 books.fgoodwin;3945346 said:As far as fiction goes, I like the classics: Moby Dick, Robinson Crusoe, The Scarlet Letter, The House of the Seven Gables, For Whom the Bell Tolls, etc. There's a REASON they're called "classics"!
