Everyone wants this player or tha tplayer and this coach or that coach gone but what are the odds all 11 starters on offense and defense are back as starters next year?

IMO it's more likely then we imagine. Only 3 positions do I see as possibly changing and none of them are on the staff. I would like to have Spears back but with 3 DE FA's maybe just maybe he leaves. Other then that, I'm not sure how the team feels about Adams and I'm not sure Hamlin cant be beat out of a job BUT the odds of those 3 returning are just as good as not.

My biggest fear is that the good ole boys' system remains and all five offensive line starters remain intact with no legitimate competition for their jobs. I hope we're able to bring in enough competent linemen to have some legit, healthy competitions for starting jobs going on along the o-line.

I think there will be more changes than we think. Jerry tends to swing from extremes like some bi-polar meth adict and after the low-key season last year I think he will go into crazy Jerry mode this season.

We really have many places that easily could be improved.

Hamlin/Adams/Kicker

I dont see any others that are "easily" upgraded.

Agreed, but don't think Flo is going to be easily replaced. The line fell apart when he went out and he has been a great lineman for a long time. I know he has the mental lapses, but people don't give him nearly enough credit. I would not be surprised if he doesn't start opening day next year.

I'd add Sensy to that list also...so both safeties and kicker are probably the only places changes are made.

I'm curious what realistically could be improved. Start Felix? Trade Marty? You can't have an all-pro at every position...and we had a top 5 offense and a defense loaded with talent.

I know Jerry is borderline senile, but A) we can't just sign everybody b/c we are in the final 8 and B) there really aren't any holes on this team.

I'm just curious what big changes you would make

We worked hard to fix what ailed us in the past offseason. I have reasonable confidence that Jerry and Wade will take the necessary steps to fix the OLine.

I think 2 and possibly 3 draft picks(if we trade down like we usually do) will be used on OL this year.
