I was kind of hoping this player would step up and seize the fifth or sixth ILB spot. He has good size for the position compared to some of our guys.

Justin Barron now has 3 interceptions.

I dont see them going that deep at ILB. 5 at the very most. 70% of the game is passing situations. I see Barron battling James for the 4th spot.

I think it will be five, too, at most but could be as low as four depending on how many OLBs we keep. I've got Overshown, Barham, Winters and James as the four. Players like Barron and Curtis Robinson will have to make some plays like this for the team to go deeper.

-Justin Barron had a third INT
-Dak found Ryan Flournoy for a big gain on a slant
-Dak intercepted in the red zone targeting George Pickens
-Dak had 2 TD passes to CeeDee in red zone work
-Dak had another TD pass to Brevyn Spann-Ford in red zone work
-Michael Trigg had a TD catch from Sam Howell
-Tyler Guyton spent some time with the trainers looking at his arm but he returned
-Shavon Revel nearly intercepted Stafford on a well-defended fade ball in the end zone

Works great if you have good players that are versatile.

Downs, Moore, Barron. 3 guys that can give you multiple options.

Bell is another guy. And why hes sticked as long as he has. But Barron gives you some of that as well.

I think Moore can play some safety.

They may only go with 4 Safeties. Thompson, Downs, Locke and....

Clark plays special teams. If Moore can work at CB/Safety, then Hooker may be gone. Or maybe traded?

Barron may offer more than Bell. So Bell may be gone as well. Could be some trade value there.

I think we go heavier at safety and lighter at corner since Downs will be the nickel and Thompson can play there, too. I could see carrying four true corners (Bland, Durant, Revel and ... probably Moore since we just spend a fourth-round pick on him).

I feel he's kind of a given since we just spent a draft pick on him last year. I think he'd have to look bad to lose out and probably will stick for special teams no matter.
