I'm not saying anything, I'm just saying .....
Stautner said:If a finger is broken it's broken and the doctors can put a timetable on recovery - history tells them what the recovery time should be.
If a hamstring hurts it could be torn, pulled or strained, and at any of varying degrees - plus obviously hamstrings aren't bone and therefore heal differently, and everyone's hamstrings aren't the same.

He always claimed that he didn't talk to T.O. or the trainers about the hammy, remember? There were lots of "I don't know's" and "I haven't talked to him's" during training camp press conferences. And if you'll read what I wrote, I'm not talking about the timeframe for recovery or hand injuries in general. I'm talking about specific knowledge of how T.O.'s swelling, pain level, reaction to pain medication were all doing.
Regardless of whether there is any deeper meaning to any of this or not, it is very interesting that he's treating the injury differently now.
