With all the love I've gotten from you guys here, I'm going to do an extra wonderful play-by-play Saturday night. You will think you're there. ;)

I certainly appreciated your work during the Arizona game when my power went out. But some fans did make the point that there are so many people posting that the game action scrolls off the page quickly. I was thinking perhaps a thread dedicated to play by play and/or analysis. I'd volunteer to help.

it's called Directv. Unless they live in a cave, they can get it. Pony up.

Click "listen live" in the top right side of the web page.

If the game is not on the TV I either use that or Sopcast.

However I am curious if the net station or sopcast will carry this game since it is on a Saturday.

Does anyone know for sure?

I'm sorry if this has already been posted (I tried to read through all the previous posts), but I heard Chris Arnold say this morning that the game will be broadcast on ktxa 21 (upn).

I dont see where it's any different than any other non Monday night/Sunday night game.

Theres tons of fans who cant see certain regular Sunday games either because they dont have the Ticket and the game isnt on locally.
What about folks that live in the Dallas viewing area that normally get every Cowboys game?

Will it only be on satellite or maybe something else?

Sucks if it is...I don't want to have to pay for satellite just to watch ONE game.

best thing for those who cant see it at home, or at a bar or restaraunt.

Find that internet station that carries the cowboys game audio, and listen to brad and charlie. I watch it on tv and still listen to brad and charlie.

Come on, it's not that big of a deal. Go to a sports bar or to friend's house for the game.

I have directv now, but there have been plenty of times over the years when I could not see all of the the games. Heck, my town didn't have cable tv until 1993. The local channels here in NC showed all of the Commander games. Usually I missed at least three Dallas games in a good season. Often more. I think I only saw eight games in 1989. Most of time, I had to watch other games and hope Dallas would be on the infrequent "game breaks" that always showed other teams.

Sometimes, not always, I could faintly pick up a station that carried Dallas games. 1310 AM from Norfolk VA. It only came in on the car radio. So I pulled the car up close to the porch, sat out there and listened. During the 1990 season, I was listening to the Dallas-Tampa game when the local candidate for sheriff came by for a politicking visit. He rambled on for an hour about all the great things he would do while I tried to listen to the game. Dallas won and the candidate went on to lose the election.

Since the game is on NFL network, I think there will be more than the normal amount of fans who can't see the Cowboys this week.
