A man from Nanuet, New York, is suing the White Castle chain for unspecified damages. Martin Kessman said he cannot fit into the booths at the fast food restaurants. He believes that the undersize seating problem is violating the Disabilities Act.

“They’re stationary booths,” Kessman said in a statement. “I’m not humongous, but I’m a big guy. I could not wedge myself in.” The 290-pound man said he hit his knee on the metal post underneath the table when he tried to sit down.

Uh dude you just contradicted yourself.

Here is an example: I weighed myself today I weigh 156.5 lbs, that means I am not humongous, 290lbs IS. Although to some here 290 lbs. is not obese because there is no correct standard to measure that.

I got a gut and I would never complain about something like this. So stupid. Dude, 9 times out of 10 being fat is a result of your own lifestyle choices. I used to weigh 159 lb's and gained so much weight over the past few years from a job change where I don't move nearly as much.

Take your food and fat butt and eat in the car or at home.

I hate booths. I always ask for a table.

I don't like sliding all the way to the inside or having to move if someone wants to get up and go to the salad bar, buffet, or bathroom. I hate banging my knees on stuff underneath.

I didn't read the article and i don't think i've ever been inside White Castle. Do they only have booths? No regular tables and chairs?

I am planning on suing them for making the burgers so damn small though. I know i can have more than one if i'm hungry but what if i just want to just eat one and feel satisfied. The burden of having to take multiple burgers out of a box can take its toll on a person. I'm not lethargic but i am lazy.

I've only been in that one once and I think they only had booths. If they had anything else, it would be those chairs that are attached but on a swivel.
