What can you do except laugh?

I got a gut and I would never complain about something like this. So stupid. Dude, 9 times out of 10 being fat is a result of your own lifestyle choices. I used to weigh 159 lb's and gained so much weight over the past few years from a job change where I don't move nearly as much.

Take your food and fat butt and eat in the car or at home.

This guy's trying to profit off of being morbidly obese. If you know you are fat and you can't fit into certain places, don't try to squeeze in.

This would be like Shaq suing every store in America who's door heights aren't tall enough to accomodate his big when he hits his head.

He should be laughed out of court.

It's normal and acceptable in our society, unfortunately.

I'm 270 (6'5 though) and while I don't have the gut that gets stuck in booths, there are plenty of places I hit my knees on things under the tables.. can I sue really? These places have no consideration for us tall people !!!! OH EM GEE!

I hate booths. I always ask for a table.

I don't like sliding all the way to the inside or having to move if someone wants to get up and go to the salad bar, buffet, or bathroom. I hate banging my knees on stuff underneath.

I prefer corner booths so I can watch all the exits.

My uncle is the same way. He has to sit at the very back of the restaurant with his back to the wall, 40 years after two or three tours in Vietnam.
