Injuries. 19 of them. More than usual and you can't coach injurues. Everyone is hurt. Am I in the twilight zone?

true. but some players play hurt like witten and barber. some miss practice like gurode and it shows on game day.

yes we have, what it seems to be, a bunch of injuries, but by the same token we have guys like gurode, burnett and others who always miss practice for little nicks and pains. guys don't want to pay the price anymore. they're all looking for # 1 and not for the team.

Uh huh. If Wade is counting on that to save his hide, he is sadly mistaken. What happened in St. Louis last weekend (players quitting, dogging it, etc.) cannot be chalked up to "injuries."

Poor conditioning. Summer camp didn't prepare them for the *** whoopings they've taken as the season wore on.

1) Mistakes catching up with us - We were able to overcome tunrovers and penalties in the first few games, but it has caught up with us. We need to play smarter...fewer mistakes.

2) Injuries - Obvioulsy our defense would be better with Newman and Spencer. As is our offense with Romo and Felix Jones.

Do you have to start a new thread on this like every other day?

Nothing changed. The problems were there for all to see in the first three games.

When a 1-4 team beats you by 20, are you coaching at all?

1) O-Line play made Romo's pocket increasingly uncomfortable.

2) Garret's refusal to get Owens moving so he at least has a chance to get open.

3) Defense forgetting how to pressure the QB and tackle whomever has the ball.

When your te qb rb kr. Lt lg c wr is hurt your offense will look bad. Also when your nt olb ilb's punter kicker best two corners best ss two more safeties are hurt or gone you aren't going to be able to win I don't care whoi is coaching. Its like you are all losing it or something. In football there are always going to be injuries but when you are missing 19 players who are either hurt or can't play the way they did you can't win. Bottom line.

If 3 o linemen are hurt how can they protect

Again no time to throw can't block in the running game
3) Defense forgetting how to pressure the QB and tackle whomever has the ball.
No depth and players are getting tired. No corners to cover

over confidence. I honestly think many on this team "expected" to win the rest of the games without putting forth the effort.

The question was "What has Changed since week 3?"
We've been turning the ball over since week 1

When teams are in disarray and unfocused, their injury lists tend to be larger than normal. Those in the tub room grow and even little nicks get blown out of proportion.

That is exactly what I see happening here. Some injuries are legitimate of course, but there are some that "linger".

Plus, Phillips' attitude towards playing with injury more than likely leads to a few coasting through who would probably play in previous years.

What's changed is that we were overcoming the mistakes (turnovers, penalties). We're not now, due to injury and the fact that you simply can't continually overcome mistakes. We just need to make less of them to get a better chance.
