What changes need to be made in offseason

Mine:

Garrett needs someone else to call plays or help him. He continually puts Romo in third and long and doesn't adjust well.

Garrett and Phillips need to use personnel better. The three headed rb situation is not good. I would trade Barber if they can and use Jones and Choice.

Williams? Give him the offseason to perform or sit him for Ogletree which would keep Crayton in the slot.

Upgrade the offensive line depth. Proctor, Holland, McQuistan shouldn't be on the roster and Adams' future replacement needs to be found now.

Kicker

Safety?

I am glad we lost yesterday rather than...later....or in the Superbowl..to be honest..id be more heart broken if we got there..only for our O-ine to show its true colors...and we get killed, because as a fan and a player, when you get too deep in the playoffs and you make it too the superbowl and lose..it messes with your head, like "damn we made it all the way here, and lost, can we do it again?" ect ect

just too name a few teams that have made it far...or too the S bowl just too lose, and have fallen off

Eagles
Raiders
Seattle
Bears
Cards
Atlanta ect

anyways what changes should we make? we still have a few hols..but nothing major, which is good

here are my changes.....

Replace Flo, with someone who can handle it...some will say are you stupid? Flo, has caused too many drive killin penalties, hes getting old and falling off, at times he look all world...and others just sorry...not consistent

Replace Colombo- hes just not cutting it, i want too blame his injury, but if hes still getting beat like this, lets go the Free way

Barber- i never wanted to join this wagon...but he needs to go...he clearly isnt the same, bad enough he has no burst, or quickness and speed, but now he lost his power.....sorry...Felix and choice are the future

Replace Garret- hes good at times, but obviously he doesnt know how too use every weapon, design great schemes to help romo....hes a cancer in a way...we got choice, now you have him mad, who is playing better then barber, and you have Roy, if given a chance will make plays...we need a guy that will come in, and use Roy,Austin, Bennet, felix, witten, and crayton,...too the max..and a little ogletree, how do you F up, with these weapons?

Dont tell me about Roys drops, the man is still a playmaker, he doesnt have bad hands, just had a few focus issues(trying to run before catching) that messed with him mentally, but hes a playmaker...and even though Austin is a better WR, Roy will make the harder, acrobatic cacthes

Kicker- Duh...we need a consistent dude...seriously

Defense? nothing...maybe we can enhance it a little? getting a huge NT, putting Rat at end? Rat, ware, and spencer off the edges? deadly

and maybe is ogletree can blow many away, replace crayton? even thought crayton has been great this year n ever other year...but ogletree has that explosive speed, and might i say, i see some Terry glenn in him

I am not talking lots of changes because the team has the talent to win but needs depth, future and tweaks.

Garrett and his use or misuse of players and play calling would be the biggest help. The problem would be bringing in a whole new offensive scheme would set the team back.

I doubt that it would. Remember Romo was a very successful QB even before Garrett came to Dallas. I somehow think Garrett gets alot of the credit for what Romo has done.

If Garrett leaves the team for a HC position than Im happy with that. I would like him to be demoted to QB coach. Then we can find someone who has a very aggressive playcalling style like Norv Turner. Garrett doesn't cut it.

Only if you want to see even less of Felix Jones and Tashard Choice. Take a look at San Diego and the lack of Darren Sproles on the field.

A few random thoughts that don't mean much.

I don't think Garrett is an idiot, idiots don't have the #2 offense in the league.I do think that the offense needs to be tweaked in order to get the scoring up though.

I also think GM Jerry has to infuse some youth into the o-line.I would like to see Brewster challenge Kosier at RG.If not Brewster then either a free agent or a draft pick.I know Kosier grades out good and all but I think we need more bulk/power at RG.I don't see Gurode or Davis being challenged by anybody.I think Free/Kosier need to battle it out for RT.At LT I think Flozell gets another year while his replacement gets groomed on the sideline. For the Free fans out there I just don't see him being strong enough at the point of attack for LT.

I think Felix needs to get around 20 touches a game.Whether you throw the ball to him or hand it off to him he needs 20 touches.I think you use Barber as a situational runner.I would trade Choice if the offer was right. If the offer wasn't right I would try to give the young man a few more oppurtunities than he's seen this year.

I also think Roy and Miles are you starting receivers next year.Crayton is good in the slot but I would like to see Ogletree challenge him next year.I also think this team needs to draft a receiver/return specialist.Crayton is ok as a punt returner but nothing special.Felix can't return kickoffs with more touches and I haven't seen Ogletree do much either as a returner.

Note to Joe D. ,figure out how to improve our kickoff returns.Maybe the return specialist will help him.

I also think ILB needs to be addressed.Brooking may talk a bunch but his play was tapering off as the season went along.Teams were starting to isolate him into bad situations.Carpenter hopefully will be challenged in camp by that Williams kid or maybe even Hodge if he comes back from injury.
